▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A polymer modified graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride high dielectric composite material is prepared by taking polyvinylidene fluoride as matrix and graphene, which is subjected to aminosilane and polymer grafting modification used as dielectric reinforcing function filler, and sequentially subjecting matrix and dielectric reinforcing function filler to solution blending, electrostatic spinning and lamination hot-press molding to obtain product. USE - The polymer modified graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride composite material is useful for embedded capacitors and high-energy density energy storage devices. ADVANTAGE - The polymer modified graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride composite material has improved dielectric constant, and low dielectric dissipation factor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing polymer modified graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride high dielectric composite material, which involves: (1) manually mixing modified graphene with polyvinylidene fluoride particle material, adding the mixed mixture to N-dimethylformamide and acetone to form solution, ultrasonically mixing on solution for 0.5-1 hour, and stirring at 70-85 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain uniformly mixed electrostatic spinning solution; (2) pouring the prepared electrostatic spinning solution into a needle cylinder, adjusting the electrostatic spinning parameters and carrying out electrostatic spinning to obtain graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride electrospinning membrane; and (3) subjecting graphene/polyvinylidene fluoride electrospinning membrane to hot-press molding at 190-200 degrees C under pressure of 10-14 MPa for 3-5 minutes to obtain product.
