▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The component has a graphene layer connected with a heat-insulating layer. A first electrode is connected with a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are connected with the graphene layer. The graphene layer receives an alternating current (AC) audio signal through the first electrode and the second electrode. The graphene layer drives surrounding air to generate sound on a side of the heat-insulating layer, where thickness of the graphene layer is about 0.4 nm-1.5 nm and thickness of the heat-insulating layer is about 25 micro meters-100 micro meters. USE - Electro-acoustic component for an electronic device (claimed) e.g. mobile phone, flat computer, sound box or earphone. ADVANTAGE - The component realizes periodic lifting of surface temperature of the graphene layer so as to drive surrounding air molecules to alternately change and generate the sound. The component is simple in structure and convenient to use, and occupies less space. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an electronic device (2) an electronic device manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of an electro-acoustic component.
