▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A catalyst comprises graphene-based manganese dioxide nanosheet with a multi-layer sheet structure. USE - The catalyst is used for catalytic degradation of volatile organic compounds by photothermal synergistic plasma (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has low energy consumption and simple preparation process and achieves good volatile organic compounds degradation effect under the same plasma energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the catalyst comprising placing nickel powder in a vacuum tube furnace, sintering into foamed nickel, and cooling; placing foamed nickel in plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition device to grow graphene nanosheets, and ozone oxidizing; etching with excess hydrochloric acid solution, washing, and freeze-drying; and oxidizing with potassium permanganate solution, washing, freeze-drying, and calcining; and (2) use method of catalyst comprising subjecting volatile organic compound of acetone or toluene to photothermal coordinated plasma catalytic degradation at light source wavelength of 250-2500 nm, light intensity of 100 mW/cm2, reaction temperature of 25 degrees C, and plasma energy density of 150-400 J/L.
