▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Microarray chip comprises a substrate (1), at least one detection array, which is arranged on the substrate, and includes an electrode (2), and at least a detection site. The material of the detection site is porous graphene and/or porous graphene oxide. The recognition is set on the detection position (3), and the recognition can specifically interact with the target in the sample. The detection position is electrically connected to the electrode, the detection arrays (G1, G2) are arranged in sequence. USE - Microarray chip for biological chemical detection. Uses include but are not limited to detecting nucleic acid, DNA, antigen, virus, tumor cell and microorganism. ADVANTAGE - The micro-array chip has high sensitivity and lower limit of detection, and can be prepared in simple and cost-effective manner with high yield and controllable price, and enables to detect microorganism with low content in the sample with high accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. A preparation method of the microarray chip, which involves photo-etching the electrode wiring pattern on the substrate, evaporating and forming film on the substrate obtained, removing the photoresist to prepare the electrode wiring after forming the film, spraying the graphene oxide solution at the specific site of the electrode wiring obtained, freeze-drying the substrate obtained, where the environment pressure is less than one atmospheric pressure, the freeze-drying temperature is -50 to -120degrees Celsius, annealing the substrate obtained, raising the temperature to 400-600degrees Celsius in the environment containing argon gas and hydrogen to reduce portion of graphene oxide, obtaining porous graphene and/or porous graphene oxide. 2. Detection method of microarray chip for microorganism detection in the sample containing bacteria amount range of 102cells/ml the sample of 106cells/ml, where the voltage of the positive electricity is 0.2-0.8 volts. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a microarray chip. Substrate (1) Electrode (2) Detection position (3) Power supply end (21) Detection arrays (G1, G2)
