▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing helix structure of graphene fiber comprises (i) using concentration for oxidation is graphene dispersion liquid on the substrate of flat, natural drying, thickness for oxidation graphene film; (ii), using oxidation graphene film cutting for edge smoothing, width for oxidation graphene strip; (iii) using oxidation graphene strip with water vapor wetting after textile is direct and fiber, then to form oxidation grapheme torsional spiral fiber; (iv) soaking the spiral fiber using oxidation graphene into hydriodic acid, and repeated washing by deionized water and drying under vacuum. USE - The helical structure of graphene fiber is useful for strain and temperature sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing helix structure of graphene fiber comprises (i) using concentration for oxidation is 15 to 25 mg/ml graphene dispersion liquid on the substrate of flat, natural drying to obtain area is 500-1000 cm2, thickness for oxidation graphene film is 1-3 mu m; (ii), using oxidation graphene film cutting for edge smoothing, width for oxidation graphene strip is 2-10 mm; (iii) using oxidation graphene strip with water vapor wetting after textile is direct and fiber, then to form oxidation grapheme torsional spiral fiber; and (iv) soaking the spiral fiber using oxidation graphene into concentration is 30-40 % hydriodic acid, keeping for 10-14 hours at 85-95 degrees C, and repeated washing by deionized water at 35-45 degrees C and drying under vacuum for 5-7 hours.
