NOVELTY - Paint comprises 80-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin-modified silicone-acrylic emulsion, 20-40 pts. wt. amine-modified epoxy resin curing agent, 15-25 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-silica, 0.5-1 pts. wt. biological preservative, 6-12 pts. wt. anti-rust paint, 15-25 pts. wt. pigment filler and 25 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good weather resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion-resistance, film forming property, where the formed film is compact, good gloss and adhesive in nature, and is aqueous and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing paint, which involves: (A) mixing and heating 10-20 pts. wt. emulsifier OP-10, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, sodium bicarbonate and 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water at 70-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour to obtain mixture; (B) mixing the obtained mixture with 40-60 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, 10-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin E-44, 30-60 pts. wt. silicone and initiator at 80-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed mixture, which is cooled to 30 degrees C to obtain the epoxy resin modified silicone emulsion; (C) mixing graphene powder and nano-silica to deionized water to obtain graphene mixture; (D) mixing the obtained graphene mixture with amine modified epoxy resin curing agent, biological preservatives, anti-rust paint, pigment filler to obtain mixed liquid A; (E) mixing the obtained epoxy resin modified silicone-acrylic emulsion with the polyethylene glycol to obtain the mixed liquid B; and (F) mixing the obtained mixed liquid A and the mixed liquid B to obtain the desired product.
