NOVELTY - A graphene zirconia-based far-infrared heat coating comprises 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-35 pts. wt. nano-zirconia, 10-14 pts. wt. bamboo carbon powder, 10-14 pts. wt. talc, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-silver silicon dioxide core shell structure, 1-5 pts. wt. obsidian, 1-5 pts. wt. hematite, 1-5 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum spinel, 1-5 pts. wt. maifanite, 1-5 pts. wt. red mud, 1-5 pts. wt. silica sol, 1-5 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, 1-5 pts. wt. kaolin, styrene-acrylic emulsion, and 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Graphene zirconia-based far-infrared heat coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene zirconia-based far-infrared heat coating comprises 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-35 pts. wt. nano-zirconia, 10-14 pts. wt. bamboo carbon powder, 10-14 pts. wt. talc, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-silver silicon dioxide core shell structure, 1-5 pts. wt. obsidian, 1-5 pts. wt. hematite, 1-5 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum spinel, 1-5 pts. wt. maifanite, 1-5 pts. wt. red mud, 1-5 pts. wt. silica sol, 1-5 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, 1-5 pts. wt. kaolin, styrene-acrylic emulsion, and 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The graphene oxide is prepared by taking 2 pts. wt. flake graphite and 1 pts. wt. potassium nitrate, and adding to 85 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, placing the obtained mixture in a container and cooling in an ice water bath; while maintaining the vigorous stirring, slowly adding 5 pts. wt. potassium permanganate to obtain a brown suspension, adding 2-5 wt.% solution of hydrogen peroxide to obtain yellow suspension, washing the suspension with deionized water and ethanol, respectively, dispersing graphene oxide to extract liquid, and stirring the mixture at 85 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain the graphene oxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene zirconia-based far-infrared heat coating comprising: (A) in accordance with the graphene zirconia-based far-infrared heat coating composition of raw materials ingredients; mixing the raw materials, wet ball-milling for 12 hours, where the solvent is distilled water, and grinding ball is zirconia ball, and drying after milling at 45 degrees C; and (B) carrying out pretreatment of substrate, and plasma spraying to prevent and treat substrate to obtain the graphene zirconia-based far-infrared heat coating having a thickness of 1-20 mm.
