NOVELTY - Multi-stage infrared heating coating comprises polyaluminosilicate layer as the bottom layer, silicon carbide layer as the middle layer, graphitizable polymer layer as the upper layer, and spherical graphene runs through the three-layer structure. The size of spherical graphene is 1-3 mu m. The total thickness of the three-layer structure composed of the middle layer and the upper layer which not greater than 1/4 of the size of the spherical graphene, and the thickness of the upper layer is less than 1/10 of the total thickness of the three-layer structure. USE - Used as a multi-stage infrared heating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: improves the heating efficiency, and infrared radiation heating; increases the human body comfort; and reduces energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the multi-stage infrared heating coating comprising performing centrifugal spraying and ultraviolet curing of the multi-stage infrared heating coating, heating, shaping to obtain the multi-stage infrared heating coating, where the ultraviolet curing temperature is 60-120 degrees C and the time is 1-6 hours, where the raw materials of the multi-stage infrared heating paint include 1 pts. wt. spherical graphene, 0.02-0.12 pts. wt. graphitizable polymer oligomer, 1-4 pts. wt. polyaluminosilicate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. hyperbranched carbosilane and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. peroxide crosslinking agent, the molecular weight of the hyperbranched carbosilane is less than 10000, and the degree of branching is 1.1-2, the type of the graphitizable polymer oligomer is polyimide, pitch, polyacrylonitrile, etc., and the molecular weight is 2000-10000, the peroxide crosslinking agent includes dicumyl peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, benzoic acid peroxide, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5 bis(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, the polyaluminosilicate is feldspar, mica, kaolin, zeolite, and garnet.
