NOVELTY - A coating comprises 90-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 15-17 pts. wt. graphene powder, 10-20 pts. wt. dispersion, 3-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 35-40 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol solvent, 20-25 pts. wt. anionic acrylic emulsion, 16-18 pts. wt. defoamer, 8-16 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-36 pts. wt. polyaniline, 10-30 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 12-15 pts. wt. isooctyl acrylate, 5-8 pts. wt. thickener and 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Coating is useful for paper. ADVANTAGE - The coating is harmless to human and environmentally-friendly, and provides excellent surface hardness, softness, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance to the paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating, which involves adding epoxy resin, deionized water, graphene powder, polyaniline and isooctyl acrylate to a vacuum stirring dissolver, stirring under vacuum to form mixed solution, adding dispersion, leveling agent, anhydrous ethanol solvent, anionic acrylic emulsion, defoamer, curing agent, film-forming additive, thickener and silane coupling agent to the mixed solution, placing in a vacuum spiral stirring differentiation machine, stirring at high speed for 30-50 minutes to form uniform mixed slurry, placing the uniform mixed slurry in a micro-sand mill through a vacuum extraction machine, ball milling the mixture with fineness of less than or equal to 15 mu m to obtain paper coating, pouring the paper coating into a storage tank and storing at room temperature.
