NOVELTY - Zinc-based molten salt battery with high cell voltage, comprises inert electronically conductive current collector, high ion conductive molten electrolyte/diaphragm layer containing zinc oxide, anode layer for accepting/supplying zinc ions, metal cathode layer whose main phase is zinc, and accessory. The high ion conductivity molten electrolyte/separator layer is located between the zinc ion accepting/supplying layer and the metal cathode layer. USE - Zinc-based molten salt battery with high cell voltage. ADVANTAGE - The zinc-based molten salt battery has high voltage, good multiplying power performance, no high activity metal, high safety, strong environment adaptability, no any self-discharging phenomenon when storing, and provides a new reference for the design and selection of the high temperature battery.
