NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene-liposome composite, where oxidized graphene is located inside the liposome, and in which graphene oxide and liposome are integrated, is claimed. The size of the liposome is greater than the graphene oxide. USE - The composite is useful in drug delivery system for water soluble drug-induced release (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite controls release of drug by near-infrared light source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) drug delivery system comprising oxidized graphene-liposome composite, and hydrogel for collecting the oxidized graphene-liposome composite; (2) delivering drug, comprising irradiating near-infrared laser on the oxidized graphene-liposome composite, or the drug delivery system; and (3) producing oxidized graphene-liposome composite, comprising (a) caboxylating the graphene oxide, and ultrasonically treating to produce nano-oxide graphene, and (c) integrating the nano-oxidized graphene and the liposome.
