NOVELTY - A three-dimensional network nitrogen-doped graphene composite hexagonal cobalt hydroxide nano-sheet electrode material preparing method involves dissolving cobalt hydration chloride, sodium citrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate in 100ml deionized water to obtain mixed solution, obtaining concentration oxidation graphene suspension, adding ethylenediamine with mixed liquid, transferring 50ml mixed liquid into a reaction kettle to perform reaction, obtaining a mixture, cooling the mixture, performing centrifugal separation and cleaning and drying the mixture by a freeze dryer. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional network nitrogen-doped graphene composite hexagonal cobalt hydroxide nano-sheet electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing three-dimensional network nitrogen-doped graphene composite hexagonal cobalt hydroxide nano-sheet electrode material with improved capacity of 740.4F/g, improved performance, better speed of 5mV/s and electric current density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional network nitrogen-doped graphene composite hexagonal cobalt hydroxide nano-sheet electrode material preparing method involves dissolving 0.2-2.0g cobalt hydration chloride, 1.5015.0g sodium citrate and 0.56-5.6g sodium dihydrogen phosphate in 100ml deionized water to obtain mixed solution, adding 2.0-20.0g sodium hydroxide with the mixed solution at 40-60 degrees ?C, stirring the mixed solution at constant temperature for 30min, gradually changing mixed solution color form grey to brown, adding 0.04-0.4g dry oxidation graphite powder with the 100ml deionized water to obtain solution, subjecting the solution under 80-150W ultrasonic power for 0.5-2.0h, obtaining 0.4-4.0mg/ml concentration oxidation graphene suspension, mixing the mixed solution with the oxidation graphene suspension at 1:0.5-1-5 volume ratio to obtain 40ml mixed liquid, adding 100-1000 mu L ethylenediamine with the mixed liquid, stirring the mixed liquid for 15min by applying magnetic force, transferring 50ml mixed liquid into a reaction kettle to perform reaction for 6-15h at 120-200 degrees C, obtaining a mixture, cooling the mixture, performing centrifugal separation and cleaning and drying the mixture by a freeze dryer.
