NOVELTY - A solid electrolyte membrane comprises first composite film and second composite film. The first composite membrane faces the side of the sulfur positive electrode. The second composite film faces the side of the lithium negative electrode. The first composite membrane comprises mesoporous carbon materials, nano metal oxides, solid polymers and lithium salts. The second composite membrane comprises inorganic solid compounds, solid polymers, lithium salts and framework materials. The mesoporous carbon material is mesoporous carbon fibers, mesoporous graphene, mesoporous activated carbon, mesoporous carbon nanotubes, mesoporous graphite, mesoporous expanded graphite and/or mesoporous carbon microspheres. The nano metal oxide is nano titania, nano silica, nano alumina, nano zinc oxide, nano zirconium oxide and/or nano tin oxide. USE - The solid electrolyte membrane used as solid electrolyte of solid lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid electrolyte film has good ion conductivity, can realize normal temperature charging and discharging, has simple preparation technique, is easy for industrial production, and can be widely applied to solid lithium sulfur battery production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of solid electrolyte membrane comprising mixing solid polymer and lithium salt, dissolving in organic solvent, stirring, adding nano metal oxide, stirring and ultrasonicating, adding mesoporous carbon material, stirring and ultrasonicating, obtaining first mixed solution, forming into a film by a casting method, vacuum drying to remove organic solvent, forming first composite film, mixing solid polymer and lithium salt, dissolving in organic solvent, stirring, adding inorganic solid compound, stirring and ultrasonicating, forming second mixed solution, pouring into the framework material, vacuum drying to remove organic solvent, forming second composite film, taking first and second composite film, hot-pressing, and laminating.
