NOVELTY - A metal sulfide/graphene/zinc oxide composite material preparing method involves mixing metal sulfide, graphene and initiator, followed by injecting into tertiary butyl lithium, stirring, and filtering to obtain a metal sulfide/graphene powder after lithiation. The reduced complex metal sulfide/graphene is separated. The metal sulfide/graphene composite and zinc oxide is mixed in water and stirred with ammonia water. The stirred mixture is subjected to aging after dripping. The obtained suspension is treated under nitrogen gas, and solid is separated to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing a metal sulfide/graphene/zinc oxide composite material that is utilized in solar battery, super capacitor and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the metal sulfide/graphene/zinc oxide composite material with excellent catalytic performance, long service life, improved electrical properties and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A metal sulfide/graphene/zinc oxide composite material preparing method involves mixing a metal sulfide, graphene and an initiator uniformly under inert atmosphere to obtain a mixture. The mixture is injected into tertiary butyl lithium solution and stirred in high temperature for 10-18 hours to obtain a product. The product is filtered to obtain a metal sulfide/graphene powder after lithiation. The complex of the metal sulfide/graphene is added with a reducing agent. The reduced metal sulfide/graphene composite is separated. The metal sulfide/graphene composite and zinc oxide is mixed in water and stirred for 3-6 hours, followed by adding concentrated ammonia water while stirring, stirring continuously for 5-6 hours after dripping is completed, aging for 8-24 hours to obtain a suspension. The suspension is treated under nitrogen or inert gases at 120-180 degrees C for 1-6 hours, and solid is separated out to obtain the finished product.
