▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polyaniline hybridized graphene material involves performing electrochemical intercalation using three-electrode system and graphite paper as working electrode and counter electrode, in intercalation electrolyte containing aniline cations to induce polymerization of aniline cations between the graphite layers of the graphite paper under the condition of intercalation polymerization voltage of less than 2 V. USE - Preparation of polyaniline hybridized graphene material used for energy storage device electrode material, battery conductive agent or wave absorbing material (all claimed) used in supercapacitor, anti-corrosion, sensing, wave-absorbing and other functional electronic device application. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes the problem such as use of concentrated acid and strong oxidant in the graphene production process, and effectively reduces the wastewater production rate in process, and adopts low voltage condition to effectively solve the oxidation effect in the preparation process and achieve high carrier mobility and low resistance characteristics of polyaniline hybridized graphene material.
