NOVELTY - Preparing glass involves utilizing (in parts): graphene oxide (3-10), methacryloyl chloride (5-40), pyridine (0.05-0.5), methyl methacrylate (50-90) and benzoyl peroxide (0.1-1) to obtain outer glass layer. The middle glass layer comprises (in parts): graphene (2-10), bisphenol A (60-90), carbon oxychloride (10-30), sodium hydroxide (10-30) and tetrabutylammonium-bromide (0.1-1). The outer layer is prepared by adding methyl methacrylate and graphene oxide in reaction kettle and treated with ultrasonic frequency of 500-5000 Hertzs. USE - Method for preparing glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare transparent, antiaging and impact resistant glass in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing glass involves utilizing (in parts): graphene oxide (3-10), methacryloyl chloride (5-40), pyridine (0.05-0.5), methyl methacrylate (50-90) and benzoyl peroxide (0.1-1) to obtain outer glass layer. The middle glass layer comprises (in parts): graphene (2-10), bisphenol A (60-90), carbon oxychloride (10-30), sodium hydroxide (10-30) and tetrabutylammonium-bromide (0.1-1). The outer layer is prepared by adding methyl methacrylate and graphene oxide in reaction kettle and treated with ultrasonic frequency of 500-5000 Hertzs. The obtained material is stirred at 500-2000 revolutions per minute. Pyridine is added to reaction mixture in presence of nitrogen at 50-90 degrees C and then reaction mixture is refluxed for 2-8 hours. Benzoyl peroxide is added to reaction mixture and then reaction mixture is poured in mold. The obtained mold is kept in oven for 50-90 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours. The obtained mold is demolded, ground and polished to obtain graphene oxide modified organic glass sheet as outer glass layer. The middle glass layer is prepared by dispersing oxidized graphite in bisphenol A and sodium hydroxide ultrasonically at 500-5000 Hertz. Bisphenol-sodium hydroxide aqueous, carbon oxychloride-chloroform solution and tetrabutylammonium-bromide as catalyst are reacted to obtain graphene oxide modified polycarbonate that is molded and pressed to obtain middle glass. The outer layer graphene oxide modified organic glass sheet and the glass layer graphene oxide modified polycarbonate sheet is laminated to obtain glass. The graphene oxide is natural flake graphite obtained by Humers method.
