NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-supported small particle metal rhenium catalyst comprises dissolving the rhenium source in the water-ethanol mixed solution first, then dispersing the carbon material in the mixed solution, and stirring at 75-85°C for 10-12 hours, washing and drying the reaction product to obtain a precursor material, spreading the precursor material between two layers of carbon paper and fixed in the flash furnace, conveying the protective gas, setting the power-on time for 3-10 seconds, where the working current 10-20 mA, and target temperature is 800-1200℃, performing flash calcination to obtain carbon-supported small particle nanometer metal rhenium catalyst. USE - The catalyst is used for in catalytic hydrolysis reaction for hydrogen production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has excellent catalytic performance and good stability.
