NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-carbon fiber composite film comprises dissolving polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solution in dimethylformamide, electrostatic spinning to obtain PAN nanofiber, preoxidizing the obtained PAN nanofiber, mixing with oleic acid to prepare dispersed solution 1, mixing graphene, water glass powder and polyvinyl alcohol to prepare dispersed solution 2, uniformly mixing dispersed solution 1 and dispersed solution 2, uniformly coating on a silicon nitride ceramic substrate, standing, heating under nitrogen protection to cause carbonization of PAN and oleic acid, melting glass powder, connecting the dispersed graphene powder into a film and forming graphene-carbon fiber composite film. USE - Preparation of graphene-carbon fiber composite film used for electrostatic shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the prior art problem of conductive network graphene low efficiency.
