▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyaniline nanoparticles loaded graphene fibers supercapacitor preparing method involves dissolving graphite oxide material in water to obtain graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution is concentrated to graphene oxide, to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid. The resulting fibers are taken out and dried to obtain graphene oxide fiber. The graphene oxide fiber are placed in reducing atmosphere to obtain graphene fibers. The fiber is immersed in graphene perchlorate/ethanol solution, followed by wrapping in a gel electrolyte intermediate coating, and drying. USE - Method for preparing polyaniline nanoparticles loaded graphene fibers supercapacitor for energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing supercapacitor with high capacitance, good loop resistance, and good toughness, in simple, cost effective and environmentally friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyaniline nanoparticles loaded graphene fibers supercapacitor preparing method involves dissolving 1 pts. wt. graphite oxide material in 1000 pts. wt. deionized water, processing in the ultrasonic bath to obtain graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution is concentrated to graphene oxide, to obtain 10-20 mg/ml oxidized graphene dispersion liquid. The graphene dispersion liquid is placed in spinning nozzle of 100-200 microns diameter extruded into the coagulating liquid, resulting fibers are taken out and dried to obtain graphene oxide fiber. The graphene oxide fiber are placed in reducing atmosphere at 80-95 degrees C to obtain graphene fibers. The fiber is immersed in graphene perchlorate/ethanol solution, aniline and ammonium persulfate are added and allowed to stand to obtain polyaniline fibers loaded with graphene nanoparticles, followed by fixing two fibers in the graphene substrate, maintaining the spacing between two graphite fiber, fixing with a conductive fiber, wrapping in a gel electrolyte intermediate coating, air-drying to obtain finished product.
