NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphite oxide dispersion liquid. Conductive carbon material is mixed with dispersion polymer. A prepared graphene film is cut into required shape for obtaining a high-conductive flexible graphene film electrode according to application requirements. The conductive carbon material is selected from one of active carbon, black carbon, BP-2000 black acetylene, carbon fiber, graphite or carbon nano-tube materials.
