NOVELTY - Preparing graphene chip fly ash comprises (i) washing fly ash by the wet grinding of the vertical wet mill and the supergravity washing machine, purifying, recycling the resource, drying water insoluble substance by feeding dryer, ultramicro crushing and magnetic separation, (ii) adding the part of silicon dioxide molten liquid into the molten silicon dioxide catalytic converter, opening the natural gas tank valve respectively to obtain high purity graphene and graphene-silicon material and graphene chip, adding the part silicon dioxide molten liquid into the silicon carbide furnace, adding highpurity carbon black preparing silicon carbide material to obtain graphene chip through the graphene coating, (iii), mixing calcium oxide, titanium oxide and graphene and graphene as raw material to obtain calcium titanium film battery chip and (iv) mixing the graphene chip package into needed different graphene integrated circuit product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene chip fly ash. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical.
