NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum alloy product with layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide silane composite coating comprises (i) preparing mixed metal salt suspension by aluminum salt and zinc salt, and adjusting the pH value of the mixed metal salt suspension is 9-11, (ii) placing the aluminum alloy product into the mixed metal salt suspension for hydro-thermal treatment for a period of time, obtaining the aluminum alloy product after heat treatment, (iii) placing the aluminum alloy product after heat treatment into the graphene oxide/dodecyl trimethoxy silane ethanol solution, taking the graphene oxide/dodecyl trimethoxy silane ethanol solution as electrolyte, platinum electrode as anode, the aluminum alloy product as cathode for electro-deposition, depositing a layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide silane composite coating on the surface of the alloy product, where in the step (i), the mol concentration of zinc element is 0.033-0.1 M, the mol concentration of aluminum element is 0.017-0.05 M. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum alloy product with layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide-silane composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide silane composite coating on aluminum alloy product with excellent corrosion resistance.
