NOVELTY - Uniformly depositing graphene-metal oxide-composite comprises (i) adding single-layer graphene into deionized water and ultrasonicating; (ii) adding metal nitrate into deionized water and magnetically stirring until dissolving completely; (iii) adding aqueous ammonia into the solution of step (ii) until the precipitate in the solution is completely dissolved under magnetic stirring to obtain metal ion-ammonia complex aqueous solution, pouring the solution into metal ion-ammonia complex aqueous solution, then adding deionized water to a volume of the mixture of 200 ml, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 12-24 hours; (v) volatilizing the ammonia at room temperature for 12-24 hours, then centrifuging, washing with deionized water for 3-4 times, and lyophilizing to obtain graphene-metal oxide-complex precursor; and (vi) placing the graphene-metal oxide-complex precursor in a muffle furnace and sintering at 280 degrees C for 2 hours in an air atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for uniformly depositing graphene-metal oxide-composite. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the graphene produced by the upstream industrialization as initial reactant, which facilitates the quality control of upstream and downstream industrial docking and product performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Uniformly depositing graphene-metal oxide-composite comprises (i) adding 24 mg single-layer graphene into 30 ml deionized water and ultrasonicating for 20 minutes; (ii) adding 0.1208-0.2908 g metal nitrate into 100 ml deionized water and magnetically stirring until dissolving completely; (iii) adding 3-10 ml aqueous ammonia with a mass concentration of 25% into the solution of step (ii) until the precipitate in the solution is completely dissolved under magnetic stirring to obtain metal ion-ammonia complex aqueous solution, pouring the solution into metal ion-ammonia complex aqueous solution, then adding deionized water to a volume of the mixture of 200 ml, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 12-24 hours; (v) volatilizing the ammonia at room temperature for 12-24 hours, then centrifuging, washing with deionized water for 3-4 times, and lyophilizing to obtain graphene-metal oxide-complex precursor; and (vi) placing the graphene-metal oxide-complex precursor in a muffle furnace and sintering at 280 degrees C for 2 hours in an air atmosphere.
