NOVELTY - Heat exchange polyethylene composite material, comprises 100 pts. wt. polyolefin resin, 1-9.5 pts. wt. composite heat-conducting filler and 0.5-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, in which composite heat-conducting filler includes carbon nano-tube and dispersant. USE - The heat exchange polyethylene composite material is useful for preparing heat exchange plastic pipes (claimed) and in the field of heat exchange and heat dissipation. ADVANTAGE - The heat exchange polyethylene composite material has high thermal conductivity and improves mechanical properties of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing heat exchange polyethylene composite material, comprising mixing expanded graphene and carbon nano-tube, then adding dispersant, performing high pressure homogenization treatment, drying the mixture after high pressure homogenization to obtain composite heat-conducting filler, placing composite heat conducting filler into Harker mixing device, then adding polyolefin resin and silane coupling agent for mixing to obtain mixture, extruding and granulating the mixture by double-screw extruder to obtain final product; and Heat exchange plastic pipe obtained from heat-exchange polyethylene composite material.
