NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene heat-conducting film involves (s1) adding graphene oxide tube to water, mixing evenly, heating, reacting, spraying obtained mixed solution on a copper foil substrate for deposition to obtain a graphene oxide film, (s2) placing the graphene oxide film in a microwave reducer, reacting under an argon atmosphere to obtain a reduced graphene film, and (s3) peeling off the reduced graphene film in a nitrogen atmosphere, placing in the interlayer of graphite sheet, and calcining. USE - Preparation of graphene heat-conducting film used in electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures preparation of graphene heat-conducting film which is capable of repairing gaps between graphene tubes, such that the heat conduction path of the graphene is smooth, with excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene oxide tube, which is obtained by mixing and heating modified microcrystalline cellulose and graphene oxide.
