NOVELTY - The battery has a positive electrode provided with a first conductive fiber. A positive electrode material is coated on the first conductive fiber. A separator is positioned between the positive electrode and a negative electrode. A negative material is selected from a group consisting of zinc, manganese, lithium and sodium and comprises silver, graphene, carbon black and a multi-wall carbon nanotube. A separator surrounds a part of a positive electrode and a negative electrode which are twisted together. An gel electrolyte, is provided between the negative electrode and positive electrode. The separator is selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyurethane (PU), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide. The gel electrolyte is polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyethylene oxide (PEO), polypropylene oxide (PPO), polyvinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene (PVdF-co-HFP). USE - Flexible fiber-type battery for energy harvester e.g. electronic or mechanical device. ADVANTAGE - The mechanical strength of the flexible fiber-type battery is improved. The thin and free-standing type battery is manufactured easily.
