NOVELTY - Preparing a capsule material, involves weighing an inorganic additive and a short fiber, adding to a weather-resistant barrier resin solution, uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixed solution, coating the mixed solution on a substrate and pre-curing to obtain a cured film and hot-pressing and molding the cured film to obtain an integrally formed capsule material. USE - Method for preparing a capsule material that is utilized for making aerostat (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The capsule material is prepared by a method that reduces the lamination and bonding interface so that the obtained capsule material has better performance and is lightweight and inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. the capsule material, which is prepared by the method, where the capsule material is integrally formed and has a surface density of less than 120 g/m2, a breaking tensile strength of less than 800N/cm and a helium penetrating rate of ≤ 1 l/(m2.24 hours.atmosphere); and 2. a capsule body, which is made of the capsule material.
