NOVELTY - Graphene tencel composite fiber is obtained by first surface oxidation of graphene to obtain graphene oxide, and then through steglich esterification reaction with tencel fiber, and is prepared by spinning through electrostatic spinning process. USE - Graphene tencel composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene tencel composite fiber has excellent optical, mechanical and electrical properties of graphene and overcomes the defects of tencel inelasticity and poor mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene tencel composite fiber, which involves: (A) weighing 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. tencel fiber, preparing graphene oxide, mixing graphene with concentrated acid solution, ultrasonic for 3-4 hours at temperature of 50-70 degrees C, then washing with water until neutral, and drying at 60-80 degrees C until weight of graphene no longer changes; (B) preparing graphene tencel composite material, adding graphene oxide prepared to first solvent, then adding tencel fiber and catalyst 4-dimethylaminopyridine, stirring in ice water, and waiting until temperature drops to 0 degrees C, adding initiator N,N -dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, continuing to stir for 10-15 minutes, then stirring at room temperature for 3-5 hours, after filtering, washing and vacuum distillation to obtain graphene tencel composite fiber, dissolving graphene tencel composite fiber prepared in second solvent; and (C) spinning through electrostatic spinning method to obtain graphene tencel composite fiber.
