▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A hyperbranched phosphorus-free scale inhibitor comprises polyvinylamine, aspartic acid and its analogs, EDTA and its analogs , tricarboxylic acid, crosslinking agent, inorganic base, graphene dispersion, and water. The mass ratio of polyvinylamine, aspartic acid and its analogs, and EDTA and its analogs is (1-2):(4-5):1. The mass ratio of water is 1-5 times mass of polyvinylamine, aspartic acid and its analogs, and EDTA and its analogs. The amount of cross-linking agent is 0.5-0.8 wt.% water. The amount of graphene dispersion liquid is 1.5-2 g/L water. The amount of tricarboxylic acid is 0.5-0.8 wt.% water. The dosage of inorganic base is 0.6-0.8 mol/L water. USE - Hyperbranched phosphorus-free scale inhibitor. ADVANTAGE - The hyperbranched phosphorus-free scale inhibitor has excellent inhibitory effect on carbonates, sulfates, metal oxides, and silica, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of hyperbranched phosphorus-free scale inhibitor, which involves controlling temperature to 40-50 degrees C at reaction kettle, adding add water, graphene dispersion, crosslinking agent, and inorganic base, stirring at low speed for 10-30 minutes, adding polyvinylamine, aspartic acid and its analogs, EDTA and its analogs , and tricarboxylic acid to reaction kettle, mixing them uniformly to obtain hyperbranched phosphorus-free scale inhibitor. The total dropping time of polyethyleneimine, aspartic acid and its analogs, EDTA and its analogs is controlled at 2-3 hours.
