NOVELTY - Aqueous composite anticorrosive paint film is obtained by uniformly and orderly arranging graphene oxide sheets in paint film structure to form a graphene oxide layer, where the graphene oxide layer is in the paint film structure, and the thickness direction of the graphene oxide layer is the same or similar to the thickness direction of the paint film structure. USE - As aqueous composite anticorrosive paint film. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous composite anticorrosive paint film has improved salt spray resistance, excellent anti-corrosion performance, extremely low volatile organic compound, is environmentally friendly, simple and convenient to operate, convenient for construction, economical, and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an aqueous composite anticorrosive coating comprising 5-15 parts mass water, 45-80 parts mass graphene oxide acrylic emulsion, 30-60 parts mass pigments and fillers, and 5.5-18 parts mass additives; and (2) a method for preparing the aqueous composite anticorrosive coating, which involves (a) mixing a part of additive and water, adding pigments and fillers, mixing, and grinding to obtain a slurry, and (b) continuously mixing the slurry, the graphene oxide acrylic emulsion, another part of the additive and water to obtain the aqueous composite anticorrosive coating.
