NOVELTY - Rubbish incineration involves burning rubbish introducing oxygen in the burning process, the flue gas is absorbed by the active carbon and the lime slurry is sprayed and deacidified to obtain the discharged flue gas and the incineration fly ash, mixing and stirring the incineration fly ash and processing agent under the condition of mercury lamp or ultraviolet light, then adding gel material, finally adding water to stir the building block to obtain the cured body, where the processing agent is prepared by mixing the raw materials in terms 15 -25 pts. wt. chelating agent, 6-15 pts. wt. hydrotalcite and 5-12 pts. wt. nanometer titanium dioxide, and 28-35 pts. wt. is loaded with graphene oxide of the biological carbon. USE - Method for rubbish incineration. ADVANTAGE - The method has more effectively processing the heavy metal and dioxin in the fly ash generated by the burning rubbish.
