▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene-copper complex heat dissipation film comprises (i) passing graphene oxide, nitrogen dopant and molecular bridging agent through ball milling and heat treatment to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, (ii) mixing nitrogen-doped graphene and binder dispersion on the surface of the substrate to obtain a complex film, (iii) depositing nano copper particles on the surface of the complex film, and calendering. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene-copper complex heat dissipation film. ADVANTAGE - The complex heat dissipation film has excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical properties.
