NOVELTY - A graphene paste composition comprises 5-15 wt.% engineered graphene flakes, 60-95 wt.% solvent(s), and 0-10 wt.% polymeric resin binder(s); and/or 0-wt.% surfactant and additive mixtures, and 0-1.5 wt.% thermal or photo-curing curing catalyst(s). USE - The graphene paste composition is used for making a graphene foil and thermoformed structures (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene paste composition has an enhanced electrical, thermal, mechanical, and barrier properties.
