▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polypropylene-EPDM electrically conductive composite material comprises 50-80 %mass polypropylene, 20-50 %mass EPDM rubber, 0.5-2.0 %mass oxidized graphene and 0.5-2.0 %mass camphor powder. USE - Polypropylene-ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) electrically conductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene-EPDM electrically conductive composite material has excellent conductivity and processing flow with high thermal conductivity and anti-mildew properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polypropylene-EPDM electrically conductive composite material which involves dissolving EPDM in solvent in heated state of polypropylene to obtain mixture A, obtaining mixture B by adding graphene oxide and camphor powder in another portion of same solvent, ultrasonically dispersion the solution at 40-60 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, then adding the mixture to mixture A and B at 110-125 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture C, and removing the mixture C and placing in vacuum drying oven for 4-5 hours to evaporate the solvent.
