NOVELTY - Reusable and self-healing flexible compliant electrode comprises blended carboxy grafted modified silica gel, amino grafted modified silica gel, conductive filler, and conductive grease. USE - Reusable and self-healing flexible compliant electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode is reusable, self-repairing, highly conductive and flexible, has conductivity of 0.1-100 S/cm, high tensile stability and conductivity change under 200% deformation of less than 20%, does not lose electrical performance after recycling and reuse, and solves the problem that the existing electrode materials are easy to be damaged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the electrode involving blending the components comprising the carboxy grafted modified silica gel, amino grafted modified silica gel, conductive filler, and conductive grease to obtain the product, where the method involves (a) dissolving the carboxy grafted modified silica gel in a solvent, (b) adding the conductive filler and conductive grease and stirring uniformly, (c) adding the amino grafted modified silica gel to be uniformly dispersed to obtain an electrode solution, and (d) curing the electrode solution by removing the solvent to obtain the product.
