NOVELTY - Preparing thermal insulation anticorrosive coating comprises adding dimethyldimethoxysilane solution and ethyl orthosilicate to pentafluorostyrene solution, stirring, adding chloroplatinic acid and functional filler (obtained by mixing ammonium hexachloroantimonate, nickel nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt nitrate, ethanol and propionic acid, refluxing, adding aqueous ammonia and sodium chloride, refluxing, removing solvent, heating, grinding, soaking in water and drying, heat treatment, calcining, mixing with graphene oxide, hexamethylene diisocyanate, N-methylpyrrolidone, triphenylsilanol and tert-butyl peroxybenzoate and ultrasonicating), reacting, adding e.g. hexamethyltriethylenetetramine, reacting to obtain a functional component, mixing with e.g. diglycidyl phthalate, stirring, adding sodium hexametaphosphate, maleic anhydride and cardanol, stirring, adding dibutyltin dilaurate and 2-mercaptopyridine and stirring to obtain thermal insulation anticorrosive system, baking and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermal insulation anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: comprises fluorophenyl group, which has good thermal insulation and bonding performance, can be combined with different organic components, can be easily dispersed with coating and improves the adhesion of the paint; has good abrasion resistance, water resistance, flexibility, rheology, high salt water resistance, salt spray resistance and acid resistance; and reduces the temperature of the outer surface of the material and internal ambient temperature to provide insulation. The method: is simple, requires less equipments, and is suitable for industrial scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermal insulation anticorrosive coating comprises (a) mixing ammonium hexachloroantimonate, nickel nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt nitrate, ethanol and propionic acid under the protection of nitrogen, stirring the mixture under refluxing for 110 minutes, then adding aqueous ammonia and sodium chloride, performing refluxing reaction for 10 minutes, removing the solvent to obtain a solid matter, heating, grinding, soaking in water and drying to obtain a filler, performing heat treatment at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, calcining at 400-650 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, mixing the filler, graphene oxide, hexamethylene diisocyanate, N-methylpyrrolidone, triphenylsilanol and tert-butyl peroxybenzoate, mechanically stirring for 2 hours, and ultrasonicating for 3 hours to obtain a functional filler, (b) adding dimethyldimethoxysilane solution and ethyl orthosilicate to pentafluorostyrene solution, stirring for 20 minutes, then adding chloroplatinic acid, stirring for 0.5 hours, adding functional filler, reacting at 80 degrees C for 1.5 hours, adding hexamethyltriethylenetetramine, trihydrocarbylmonochlorosilane and 1,3,5-triglycidyl-S-triazinetrione, continuing the reaction for 0.5 hours to obtain a functional component, (c) mixing the modified system with hexamethyltriethylenetetramine, trihydrocarbylmonochlorosilane, isopropanol and diglycidyl phthalate, stirring at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, adding sodium hexametaphosphate, maleic anhydride and cardanol, stirring at 110 degrees C for 1 hour, and finally adding dibutyltin dilaurate and 2-mercaptopyridine and stirring for 5 minutes to obtain an thermal insulation anticorrosive system, and (d) baking the system at 80 degrees C for 15 minutes, and curing at 120 degrees C for 3-3.5 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermal insulating anticorrosion coating prepared by the above method.
