▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing functional graphene carbon film material comprises (i) using nanocellulose, dopamine, sodium alginate, theanine, and/or tannic acid as a solute, and adding to a solvent to obtain a solution X1; (ii) mixing graphene oxide nanosheets a1 and reduced graphene oxide nanosheets a2, heat treating at 1000-2200℃, obtaining reduced graphene oxide nanosheets a2 from graphene oxide nanosheets for 60-300 minures under the condition of argon or nitrogen; (iii) adding the nanosheet composition to part of the solution X1, preparing a dispersion X2, and X3, mixing, and removing air bubbles and volatiles to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion; (iv) placing graphene oxide dispersion at -196℃ to 0℃, heat preserving for 30-180 minutes, and drying to remove solvent to prepare graphene oxide macroscopic bodies; (v) pressurizing graphene oxide macroscopic body; and (vi) pretreating graphene oxide film at 100-550℃ or under vacuum conditions, and heat treating. USE - The method is useful for preparing functional graphene carbon film material. ADVANTAGE - The material solves the problems of low volume density, small thermal diffusivity, and poor electrical properties of existing graphene film products. The method solves the problem of small size of graphene film products, reduces the difficulty of the process of graphene film products, and improves its production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for functional graphene carbon film material prepared by the above method.
