▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyhedral cobalt phosphate/graphene composite material involves preparing polyhedron ZIF-67 template by weighing 1.46-2.92g cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and 1.64-3.12g 2-methylimidazole and dissolving in 80-200ml mixed solution of methanol and ethanol. The solution is stirred and then the cobalt nitrate solution is poured into 2-methylimidazole solution. The solution is stirred for 3-5 minutes and then allowed to stand at room temperature for 18-24 hours. The product is centrifuged and then washed 2-3 times with ethanol solution. The product is dried in oven at 60-80 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing polyhedral cobalt phosphate/graphene composite material used as catalyst in oxygen evolution reactions (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polyhedral cobalt phosphate/graphene composite material in simple and cost-effective manner that has high catalyzing activity and wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyhedral cobalt phosphate/graphene composite material involves preparing polyhedron ZIF-67 template by weighing 1.46-2.92g cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and 1.64-3.12g 2-methylimidazole and dissolving in 80-200ml mixed solution of methanol and ethanol. The solution is stirred and then the cobalt nitrate solution is poured into 2-methylimidazole solution. The solution is stirred for 3-5 minutes and then allowed to stand at room temperature for 18-24 hours. The product is centrifuged and then washed 2-3 times with ethanol solution. The product is dried in oven at 60-80 degrees C to obtain polyhedron ZIF-67 template. The product is bluish purple, and has rhombic dodecahedron shape and particle size of 1-3 microns. The 100-300mg ZIF-67 and 100-300mg red phosphorus are weighed and placed at both ends of the ceramic tube. The ceramic tube is added to tube furnace which is purged with argon. The mixture is heated to 600-800 degrees C at a rate of 1-3 degrees C/minute for 2-4 hours to obtain polyhedral cobalt phosphate/graphene composite material.
