NOVELTY - The method involves preparing functionalized graphene dispersion liquid, uniformly coating the functionalized graphene dispersion solution on the surface of an insulating layer raw film material, vulcanizing the insulating film material into a boiled glue by using a high-temperature molding and forming process, and self-assembling as a layer of a compact film in the process of high temperature molding, where the surface graphene film material is penetrated into the insulation film material to form an insulation layer film material and is self-assembled as a film. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based anti-migration layer used for solid rocket engine. Can also be used in solid propellant and lining migration. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-based anti-migration layer that has excellent structural integrity and working reliability of solid rocket engine, and inhibits propellant in small molecule free component migration to insulating layer migration and insulation layer containing active hydrogen small molecule-free components migration to propellant and lining layer. The graphene dosage is controllable, convenient for industrial production, and does not affect the lining/insulating layer interface bonding performance, does not change the existing lining layer and propellant formulation, and on the basis of coating and casting process.
