NOVELTY - The cathode has a conductive substrate laminated with a graphene-containing layer and a carbon nano-tube layer. The graphene-containing layer is provided with a graphene and a charge additive, where thickness of the graphene is 0.13-64 microns. The carbon nano-tube layer is provided with a carbon nano-tube and another charge additive, where thickness of the carbon nano-tube is 0.13-64 microns. The charge additive is selected from any one of magnesium ion, aluminum ion, nickel ion or silver ion. USE - Carbon nano-tube field emission cathode. ADVANTAGE - The cathode has unique two-dimensional structure and electro-thermal transmission effect with more excellent than carbon nano-tube so as to provide large graphene specific surface area and excellent conductive radiating properties, and improves the adhesion of the carbon nano-tube layer and stability of the emission current.
