▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of high thermal conductivity electromagnetic shielding polyether ether ketone composite material involves (1) mixing multi-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene nanosheets, benzoxazine and soluble benzoxazine solvents for ultrasonic modification to obtain a modified hybrid filler dispersion, (2) dispersing polyether ether ketone and benzene polyether ether ketone, (3) mixing the modified hybrid filler dispersion and the modified polyether ether ketone dispersion, and performing vacuum shear assisted mixing to obtain polyether ether ketone composite particles, (4) solidifying polyether ether ketone composite particles, crosslinking and melting and hot pressing in sequence. USE - Preparation of high thermal conductivity electromagnetic shielding polyether ether ketone composite material with isolation structure used in automotive industry, military and aerospace applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The benzoxazine polymer layer is used to modify polyether ether ketone and construct an isolation structure to form a stable and efficient thermal and conductive transmission network, improve the interface compatibility between the filler and the polymer, reduce the interface thermal resistance, and have excellent thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance.
