▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves cleaning the Jute sticks with distilled water thoroughly followed by drying in an oven. The dried sticks are grinded to fine pieces/powders. The pieces/powders of jute stick are pre-carbonized for 2-5 hours in nitrogen or argon atmosphere to form hydro-char. The hydro-char derived is grinded from jute sticks to fine powder. The chemically activation of resulting powder with KOH is mixed with the pre carbonized powder/KOH at a weight ratio. The mixture is annealed at a temperature in nitrogen or argon atmosphere for 1-3 hours. The resulting pyrolysed carbon is thoroughly washed with 1M hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water until it is neutralized. The resultant pyrolized carbon is dried for the period of 12-24 hours to obtain graphene like structured carbon powder and validate its efficiency as a suitable electrode material for supercapacitor, lithium ion battery and lithium sulfur battery application. USE - Method of producing graphene like structured carbon for various energy storage application. ADVANTAGE - The simple method is provided to synthesize graphene like structured carbon from jute sticks based bio waste. The bio-waste derived graphene is evaluated like structured carbon for various energy storage applications. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic structural diagram illustrating the method of producing graphene like structured carbon for various energy storage application.
