ADVANTAGE - The composite material is dispersed uniformly, avoids the unstable performance of the plate after hot rolling, improves the binding graphene of the metal substrate, combines the metal graphene body more tightly and more uniformly, adjusts the thickness of graphene chemical vapor deposition by changing the deposition time to length, realizes graphene chemical vapor deposition on two sides of the copper, nickel, copper nickel alloy metal foil, integrates barrier phase growth of depositing graphene layer with simple process, and has better designability and better heat-conducting performance for providing mass production.
