▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating graphene on copper powder comprises (i) mixing copper powder and magnesium oxide powder uniformly, and annealing the obtained mixed powder at 500-1000 degrees C under the atmosphere of non-oxidizing gas and protective gas, (ii) introducing carbon-containing gas into the mixed powder, reacting at 0.1-760 torr for 0.1-9999 minutes to make the surface of the copper powder react to wrap the graphene film, stop introducing carbon-containing gas, and cooling to room temperature, and (iii) separating the graphene coated copper powder and magnesium oxide powder to obtain graphene coated copper powder. USE - The method is useful for coating graphene on copper powder. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to carry out; and has high repeatability; and obviously enhances the anti-oxidation ability of the copper powder after coating the graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the device used for coating graphene on copper powder.
