▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) modified graphene oxide/epoxy resin nanocomposite coating, comprises 0-10 pts. wt. hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) modified graphene oxide, 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. ethanol, and 20-45 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) modified graphene oxide/epoxy resin nanocomposite coating applied to surface of object to prevent surface of object from corroded, and used in preparation of nanocomposite coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite coating has a significant increase in strength while maintaining the good flexibility of the epoxy resin, the water absorption rate is reduced by about 40%, and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) modified graphene oxide/epoxy resin nanocomposite coating, which involves adding hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) modified graphene oxide to the epoxy resin solution, stirring in an ice water bath for 4-8 hours, and then ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes to obtain a uniformly dispersed slurry, stirring the curing agent and the slurry at room temperature until uniform; and #nanocomposite coating prepared by coating a coating on the surface of the substrate with a coating thickness of 100-150 microns, curing at room temperature for 48 hours, and placing in a muffle furnace at 65-75 degrees C for 8-10 hours.
