NOVELTY - Ceramic filter membrane comprises porous ceramic substrate and plasma sprayed ferro-silicon alloy on surface of substrate, where substrate contains white clay, zeolite powder, graphene, mica powder, corn flour, chlorophyll stone and activated carbon fiber composition. USE - Ceramic filter membrane. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic filter membrane has high strength, no easily pollution effect, good stability, long-term use and reduced sewage treatment cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the ceramic filter membrane, which involves: (A) mixing the raw materials, adding acetone solution, mixing for 10 hours, drying and crushing, sieving, then pressing into sheet filter material; (B) first sintering to obtain porous ceramic substrate, coating silicon-iron alloy on the surface by plasma emitter, processing second sintering; and (C) cooling to obtain the product.
