NOVELTY - Preparation of self-supporting oriented poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) film involves adding tetrahydrofuran solution of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) on a graphene/copper foil substrate, spin-coating to form a film, vacuum-annealing the spin-coated sample to obtain poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) film on the substrate, floating and soaking the annealed sample in an ammonium persulfate solution with concentration of 2.5-10 mg/ml, and reacting to dissolve the copper foil substrate. USE - Preparation of self-supporting oriented poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides self-supporting oriented poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) film with excellent surface microstructure and integrity. The method is simple, easy to control, and provides film that can be transferred to any desired substrate, processing of satisfy device, and has excellent piezoelectric, ferroelectric, and mechanical property testability.
