NOVELTY - Agent comprises first component, second component and third component. The third component comprises base material component, solvent component and graphene component. The base component is organic component. The organic component is resin component. The graphene is modified graphene. The preparation of modified graphene involves pre-dispersing redox graphene powder and 2-5 wt.% activator in de-ionized water followed by addition of 1-5 wt.% modifier, 3-10 wt.% of active dispersing agent and 0.5-1 wt.% assistant dispersant. USE - Agent for treating steel plate surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The agent enables to improve the dispersion stability of graphene on steel surface which improves the conductivity of steel surface.
