NOVELTY - A graphene electrode material preparing method involves stirring graphite oxide with deionized water until homogeneous and stable graphene oxide hydrosol solution is obtained. The solution is allowed to stand to obtain complete graphene oxide film, which is deposited with flexible thin film and dried to obtain a product. The product is added with hydrogen iodide solution under reduction condition, and washed. The washed product is soaked in potassium permanganate and washed. The resultant product is deposited on flexible substrate obtain graphene/manganese oxide composite thin film. USE - Method for preparing graphene electrode material that is utilized for flexible thin film super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene electrode material with less material consumption and environmental protection, in a simple, convenient and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene electrode material preparing method involves stirring graphite oxide with deionized water at a mass ratio of 0.5:1000 until homogeneous and stable graphene oxide hydrosol solution is obtained. The solution is allowed to stand at 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour to obtain complete graphene oxide film. The graphene oxide film is deposited with flexible thin film that is utilized as substrate, and dried by airing to obtain a product. The product is added with 55-58 mass% hydrogen iodide solution at 15-80 degrees C for 3-48 hours under reduction condition, and washed with ethanol and distilled water. The washed product is soaked in 0.5-5 mmol/L potassium permanganate for 5-48 hours, and washed with ethanol and distilled water. The resultant product is deposited on flexible substrate obtain graphene/manganese oxide composite thin film.
