▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene is synthesized by slowly heating metal substrate under protection of carrier gas, after reaching reaction temperature, introducing melamine as nitrogen source and a carbon source to metal substrate surface and reacting, and quickly cooling reaction product to room temperature to generate nitrogen-doped graphene product on surface of metal substrate. USE - Method for synthesizing nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use catalyst other than metal substrate and does not require additional heating equipment, has low cost, and is non-toxic and easy to operate.
